Hollywood, Florida - has named David Hester as Senior Software Programmer, announced Mark Metz, CEO. Hester will join the IT team responsible for applications development, website management, systems infrastructure and internal business systems at the half-million-page local content website.

A native of Taipei, Taiwan, Mr. Hester joins MetroGuide after working with Siemens Corp., where for almost a decade he focused on the development and delivery of IS consulting services within Siemens, as well as Fortune 500 clients.
