Hollywood, Florida – Mark Metz, CEO of MetroGuide.com has announced veteran travel writer Lynne Helm has joined the editorial content team as a writer responsible for research and development of website content for segments of its hospitality and travel websites, including DiningGuide, AttractionGuide, CruiseGuide and others.
Helm brings to the company more than 30 years experience reporting, writing, and editing. A former food/travel writer for the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel and a columnist for the Daily Business Review in South Florida, she got her start in journalism reporting for the IDS, the Indiana University campus daily. She has covered the cruise industry, Florida, and the Caribbean for several travel and meetings industry trades. Helm is 25-year resident on Fort Lauderdale's Tarpon River, and is active in Broward Urban River Trails.
