Users may post reviews as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties and does not consist of or contain commercial solicitation, reference to web sites or web site addresses, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any review. MetroGuide.com, Inc., reserves the right to remove or edit such content.
Reviews may be submitted by persons who are visitors to the site or by persons who have become members of the MetroGuide.com .Community. A more complete recitation of terms can be found here. Visitors should read the portion designated for the MetroGuide .Network. Members of the MetroGuide .Communiuty should also review the portion pertaining to the MetroGuide .Community. Members who earn MetroPoints for writing reviews tas part of the MetroRewards Program should reveiw the MetroRewards Terms & Conditions.
MetroGuide reserves the right to edit or modify content as it deems necessary to maintain grammatical and syntactical integrity of the review, or in any other way it deems appropriate. While a more complete statement of the rules regarding reviews, and a members eligibility to receive MetroPoints and MetroRewards, can be found in the MetroRewards Terms & Conditions, please note that any conduct that MetroGuide believes, in its sole discretrion, undermines the integrity of the .Community and the MetroPoints and MetroRewards system, will result in the rejection of reviews or termination of your ability to participate in the MetroGuide .Community. This includes: writing multiple reviews that are deemed to be too short, and therefore of minimal value to readers, using similar content for more than one review, e.g., using using similar content for different properties or for chain hotels, restaurants, and businesses.
Reviews that allege criminal conduct will be treated with great sensitivity and may be subject to heightened scrutiny. Such claims should be brought to the proper authorities and a submission to MetroGuide should not be deemed a substitute vehicle.
If you do submit a review, you grant MetroGuide a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant MetroGuide the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such review. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the review that you post; that the review and its underlying facts are accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify MetroGuide for all claims resulting from content you supply. MetroGuide has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any content. MetroGuide takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
