Web Designer Mark Kitchen

Hollywood, Florida – Mark Kitchen has joined the staff of MetroGuide.com, Inc. (MetroGuide) (known until recently as RealMetros.com) as web designer. Kitchen is responsible for the layout, design and maintenance of the MetroGuide "Guide" brand travel- and hospitality-related websites.

A native South Floridian, Kitchen graduated from Miramar High School in 1977. He studied public relations at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, California in 1984, and pursues industry-specific studies. Kitchen is experienced in all facets of e-commerce, including marketing techniques for creating website traffic.

Before joining MetroGuide, Kitchen was a web / graphic designer with MediaVue in Fort Lauderdale. Earlier, he served as marketing director and project manager for Webstream, Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, where he was responsible for marketing and sales of web hosting and design services.

Prior to focusing on web design, Kitchen dedicated more than a decade to the mortgage banking industry. He was designated Affiliate of the Year by the Women's Council of Realtors in North Miami in recognition of his participation above-and-beyond.

Kitchen is especially skilled at evoking emotion through images, and feels MetroGuide is an exceptional opportunity to use and improve his skills. He forecasts a very bright future with MetroGuide, certain that the online hospitality site will continue to grow strong.
